Information you provide

If you email us, we receive the address, message, and attachments you send. We use them to reply, evaluate research or corrections, protect the site, and maintain necessary records. Do not send sensitive personal, financial, or legal documents.

Checklist and plan-builder data

The property checklist stores completion state in your browser’s local storage so it can persist on that device. The plan builder runs in the browser. This information is not submitted to our server by those tools. You can clear it with the reset control or your browser settings.

Technical and analytics data

The site does not currently load an analytics service. Our hosting and security providers may process IP address, device and browser details, referring pages, requested URLs, timestamps, and approximate location in ordinary server and security logs. We use that information to operate and protect the site. Any future analytics provider will be named here when activated.

Advertising and cookies

Advertising is not currently enabled. If it is enabled, third-party vendors including Google may use cookies to serve ads based on a visitor’s prior visits to this and other websites. Google’s use of advertising cookies enables it and its partners to serve personalized ads. Visitors can manage personalized advertising in Google Ads Settings and can learn about additional industry opt-outs at aboutads.info.

Where required, we will request consent before using non-essential cookies or personalized advertising and will offer a way to change that choice. Other advertising vendors will be disclosed here if they are enabled.

Sharing and retention

We may share information with service providers that host, secure, analyze, or support the site; when required by law; or to protect rights and safety. We do not sell personal information. Messages are retained only as long as reasonably necessary for the purpose received, legal obligations, security, and research records.

You can block or delete cookies and local storage through browser settings, use available consent controls, opt out of personalized ads, and contact us to request access, correction, or deletion where applicable law provides those rights.
